We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. PawsRitual offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

We believe pet parents everywhere should have access to modern essentials that help improve their pets’ daily routines without worrying about additional shipping costs.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders to the USA typically range between approximately 5-12 business days due to distance traveling and customs.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

It is normal for our items to come in separate packages. In order for us to provide you with the quickest shipping speeds, we house our products in different warehouses.

Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Are There Any Customs or Import Fees?

In some countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

My Order Arrived in Separate Packages

To provide faster delivery, some orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

If this happens, don’t worry, the remaining items are still on the way.

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

My Tracking Hasn’t Updated

Tracking updates can occasionally take a few business days to refresh after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll gladly assist you.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable), and our support team will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
